Our products are priced in Canadian dollars. Keep in mind, we regularly have promotions on our products.

Where can I get assistance if I am having difficulty ordering?
Send an email to support@trueactivewear.com and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours. We are available to connect between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday mountain standard time (MST).

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, processed through PayPal. However, you do not require an account with PayPal to use their service and it is one of the most secure forms of payment.

We ship internationally!

What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is always FREE within Canada and we offer a flat rate shipping of $5.99 to all other countries. Shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more!

Can I make an exchange or refund?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied, just let us know through your account here on this website or Amazon’s customer service. We are more than happy to work with you to your satisfaction or offer a full refund.

What is the optimum way to care for my True Activewear garments?
For long lasting wear, it is recommended you machine wash your True Activewear garments in cold water with like colours and hang to dry. This will help to protect the life of the fibre and the shape of your garment.
